To support their drive for revenue growth, our client is seeking and enthusiastic and proactive Venue Sales Manager to focus on the promotion and showcasing of the club's facilities and event space to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, enhancing event sales opportunities.
Conduct site visits and showcase the venue and its event spaces to prospective clients.
Collaborate with operational colleagues to develop tailored event proposals that meet client needs.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event bookings, contracts, and invoicing with precision.
Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and secure venue sales Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in event sales.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in sales, particularly within the events or hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building lasting relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, results-oriented approach and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
Enthusiasm for working in a picturesque, high-profile setting.
