Role: Production Manager Location : Farringdon, London, and onsite at events Reports to: KB Directors Contract Type : Fixed-term, 9 month contract, commencing 6th January 2025.
Working Hours : 2-3 days per week until 6th June , then full-time until the end of August .
Additional weekend work required during festival season with typical onsite hours from 8am to 8pm.

Role Overview As the Production Manager , you are responsible for heading up stage and technical departments, including managing a production team.
Reporting into the Show Delivery Lead, you'll oversee audio, lighting, video, set fabrication and custom stage builds.
You'll also ensure handovers and load ins/outs run to schedule.

Who You Are We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Production Manager for live shows.
You'll have a strong track record delivering creative and original shows which exceed audience expectations - and you'll excel at logical problem solving within restrictive timeframes and environments.
You'll be dynamic and practical, with demonstrable experience co-ordinating supplier relationships and managing a production delivery team.
Role Responsibilities Managing production advancing and tech riders Overseeing and keeping to a production budget in liaison with the Financial Controller & Directors' Office Heading up communication with all contractors and freelancers necessary for show delivery Co-ordinating load-ins and load-outs for stage Liaising with overnight PM to ensure handovers are completed efficiently and to schedule Essential Skills: Experience using AutoCAD or other related software Expertise in live show production and technical riders Extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments Maintain the Company asset register of all in-house technical and fabricated equipment Ensure our assets are maintained to the highest standards You will need to be fully available for our summer season, 1st June-31st August 2025.
