About the Role: You will be responsible for nurturing a set number of accounts, engaging with them at the highest level ensuring they are kept informed of new and upcoming events within the business that you have oranised. Map and analyse the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, reporting insights to senior leadership. About You: Proven experience in customer engagement and events- ideally with some marketing experience, ideally within the B2B sector. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to improving customer interactions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
