We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to support our event marketing team.

What You'll Do: Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
Vendor Management: Help manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring all event components (e.g., booth setup, promotional materials, giveaways) are on track.
Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of event marketing materials, such as flyers, signage, email invitations, and event presentations, to ensure alignment with our brand.
Registration & Attendee Management: Assist in managing event registrations, attendee lists, and on-site check-in processes to ensure smooth operations before and during events.
Social Media Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events on social media platforms, helping to generate buzz and excitement.
Budget Tracking: Help track event budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within the allocated budget and assisting with invoicing and payments as needed.
Event Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze post-event data (attendee feedback, engagement metrics, etc.)
to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
On-Site Support: Provide on-the-ground event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event, from setup to teardown.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful event execution.
What We're Looking For: Event Planning Experience: Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but we're happy to train someone eager to learn.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams effectively.
Creative Mindset: Ability to assist in designing creative event concepts, marketing materials, and digital content that align with event objectives.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with event management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for event promotion.
Team-Oriented: A collaborative, team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and address any challenges that arise during event preparation or on-site.
