We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of all events across Qube's locations.
You will ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with regulatory requirements, making each event a memorable experience.
Mission To ensure all events run smoothly, are profitable, meet client expectations, and safeguard the business against operational risks.
Responsibilities Event Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional experience.
Coordinate all events across four Qube sites, including private hires and Qube's own member events.
Advance and deliver a range of diverse events in conjunction with the Marketing team and Community team.
Ensure profitability by staffing events appropriately and leveraging upsell opportunities.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, fire, and other regulatory requirements, including noise mitigation protocols.
Handle post-event assessments, documenting and addressing any damages and ensuring they are deducted from deposits.
Staff Coordination Schedule and induct all event staff, including security and engineering personnel for live events.
Oversee team readiness, ensuring each staff member understands event requirements and their roles.
Quality and Compliance Assurance Ensure that all event setups meet Qube's quality standards and adhere to regulatory compliance.
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and uphold quality.
Experience 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills, with a focus on operational detail and client service.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, fire regulations, and venue management.
Proactive communicator and problem solver, with the ability to handle client feedback constructively.
