About the Role As a Project Coordinator , you will support the Event Planning team, assisting client leads and project managers in the planning and execution of events.
Depending on your experience, you will take day-to-day responsibility for smaller events and specific aspects of larger projects.
Budget ranges for projects vary widely, from £10,000 to £1 million, offering a chance to work on both intimate and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities Support & Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, from car launches to public brand experiences.
Event Oversight : Take charge of smaller events independently and handle designated tasks within larger projects.
Detailed Planning : Maintain an organized, methodical approach with sharp attention to detail.
