Events Administration Role 30 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am to 3.30pm - 6 hours per day and flexible Weekly pay Parking on site Lots of additional company benefits Job description Provide daily support to the events team Booking hotels Compiling itineraries Managing outlook emails  Effective management of customer expectations Managing payments and invoicing for third party supplier Taking ownership of inputting data on a customer tracker Ad-hock administration duties and support  Skills Effective communication High proficiency in excel Multi tasking Attention to detail Positive Team Player If the above sounds of interest to you and you have relevant experience please apply today
