Evening Care Professional

Job DescriptionHome Instead takes a unique, person-centred approach to home care, which benefits both clients and the team.
Clients are supported to live as independently as possible, by Care Professionals that they come to know well and who visit for a minimum of an hour at a time.Care Professionals duties are tailored to the needs of individual clients and can range from meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, to personal care.
All whilst building and maintaining a professional but caring relationship.Skills such as being friendly, chatty, and approachable are very valuable and essential in this role as much of the care given is companionship based and having someone nice to talk is guaranteed to always leave a smile on somebody's face.QualificationsIf you have not worked in care before then please do not worry, it's your kind caring nature that will be invaluable to the client.
