Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Evening Care Assistant to join our team in Burgess Hill.
This role is perfect for someone who wishes to make a significant difference in the lives of elderly individuals by providing them with the support they need in the comfort of their homes during the evening hours.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with evening routines, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to enjoy their evenings.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with their evening routines, including personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.Prepare evening meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to any dietary restrictions.Provide companionship, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that clients enjoy.Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.Offer medication reminders and assist with bedtime preparations.Ensure a safe environment for the client, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.Hours:Evening shifts, typically starting from 6 pm to 10 pm.
