Evening Care Assistant

Job Description Join Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham as a compassionate Care Professional, working our evening visits.
Create comfort and support for people in your community, offering companionship, care, and joy.  Responsibilities: Build enriching relationships with our clients through evening visits, offering companionship and a listening ear.
Create a homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Help clients settle down for a peaceful night, sharing in leisure activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.
Assist clients with their night time routine so they are ready for bedtime.
Qualifications No prior experience necessary; we offer the best in-house training.
Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
You must have reliable transport for home visits, shopping trips and various errands.
Exceptional organisational skills and time management are vital.
A genuine, caring nature is essential, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
Additional Information Benefits: Earn between £12.50 to £15.00 per hour, alongside travel/waiting time pay and mileage pay.
