Job summary We are recruiting for an Evaluation, Research, andInsight Officer to join our team in Practitioner Performance Advice.
You will be working with a range of senior specialists acrossthe Advice service and external stakeholders including health careorganisations and national bodies.The post holder will support a number of workareas, including but not limited to:Evaluationand researchInsightspublicationsSupportingthe delivery of operational activity reportingTheAdvice services equality, diversity and inclusion agenda in respect of ourservice usersPolicy,guidance and systemsOtherkey innovation and development activities with the Advice service.Ideally you'll be experienced in delivering highquality analysis and reports that have contributed to improved knowledge andthe improvement of services and have worked in a similar role in, for example,the research, health, charity, or public sector.
Main duties of the job Someof the main duties of this role will include analysing complex information(qualitative and quantitative) and writing reports with clarity and concision,making recommendations based on thorough and robust research of the optionsavailable.A key aspect ofthe role, will be to support the evaluation planning process to develophigh quality evaluations that produce actionable learning to ensure continuousdevelopment.Furthermore the post holder will need to ensure momentum ofprojects is sustained through continuous engagement and communication,following up tasks and prompt escalation of issues, risks and progress throughappropriate channels.
