European Power & Gas Trader

Algo Trader - European Power & Gas Our client is a renowned technology driven energy proprietary trading firm who is looking to expand their European Power and Gas trading business across their London, Dubai and Amsterdam offices.
We are currently looking for experience algo traders with a proven track record within intraday European power and gas.
Responsibility Manage and trade EU gas and power products.
Research and develop new trading signals, algos and trade ideas across EU power and gas to stay ahead of market trends.
Collaborate closely with the wider trading team to optimize signal processing methodologies, while working with the technology team to advance the firm's trading infrastructure.
Requirements Proven experience in European Power & Gas trading, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
2+ years of solid performance in intraday trading, with a track record of excellent P&L results.
Must be able to produce your own algos and signals.
Experience managing your own book would be a significant plus.
Proficiency in Python is essential; experience with C++ or Julia would be a significant plus.
Compensation: Open on basic salary + 10% profit split.
Locations: Dubai, Amsterdam or London remote.
