Active Directory - Account provisioning, OU, security groups, permission mgmt, etc O365 - Manage mailbox & Different type of licenses End users tools - M365 tools - Teams, outlook, onedrive config, mgmt & Troubleshooting Network Printer config on user devices Install tools and softwares OS Imaging process and knowledge on Intune Analyze and Troubleshoot OS and Hardware issues Ticketing tool - Service now Good to have - knowledge on Okta, citrix functions Excellent communication If this sounds like a role you would be interested in or if you know someone in this field.
