Person Specification Qualifications Essential Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a computing related field and/or evidence of professional experience or of on-going personal, technical and management development.
Evidence of training in leadership and management Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development Desirable ITIL Foundation Qualification Project Management Qualification PRINCE2 Foundation Leadership qualification Mary Seacole Program Previous Experience Essential Knowledge of project management methodologies Experience developing policies and/or processes.
Desirable Experience working within an NHS ICT Environment Experience managing and leading teams or departments.
Evidence of Particular Essential Ability to evidence/demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with the Trust framework Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
