We are seeking a dynamic Estimating Manager to join the team and lead the charge in streamlining our estimating operations.

This is a key leadership role, and you will be instrumental in shaping the business's future by refining processes, mentoring the estimating team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the estimating department, overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely cost estimates for all manufacturing projects.
Streamline and optimize the estimating processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Collaborate with senior management, project managers, and production teams to ensure accurate alignment of estimates with project specifications and timelines.
Analyse historical data and market trends to improve the accuracy and competitiveness of estimates.
Implement and refine estimating software and systems to maximize team efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the estimating team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in pricing and process efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Manager or similar leadership position in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
