If so, we've a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Estimator to join us in the South.
About the Role You'll be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for both new-build and refurbishment projects.
Working with the wider pre-con team you will coordinate and challenge their input, including procurement, engineering and commercial, whilst supporting the bid management and quality submission requirements.
About You You'll hold an HND/HNC, BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, or estimating experience, or other equivalent qualification.
You'll have experience in a similar role, tendering significant bids to win profitable work, demonstrating an innovative and commercial approach.
Professional, with excellent communication skills, you'll have the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers, fellow colleagues and other stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
