MEP Estimator – Up to £70,000 + Hybrid Working!
Location: Newbury, Berkshire (2 days per week in the office)

We're searching for a talented individual to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Newbury.
What You'll Do:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to provide detailed costings.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
Contribute to the success of exciting and high-profile projects.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in MEP estimating.
A track record of working on CAT A, CAT B, Capital Plan replacement projects, infrastructure upgrades and Energy Projects
Strong knowledge of industry practices, materials, and costs.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
