Projects BASED in Shrewsbury.Responsibilities of Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor:Conduct detailed take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.Manage project costs, from initial calculations to final accountsEnsuring projects are delivered within budget.Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information.Provide financial reporting, including cost control and cash flow forecasting.Assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contract terms.Experience:Experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in the construction industryExcellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to collaborate with different departments and work independently.Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controlsIf you are an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor and the above role looks appealing, please apply now for more details.
