The Role:
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for:
• Creating and compiling moderate complexity cost estimates for bids and projects, following established business and estimating processes.
• Ensuring estimates are accurate and timely by leveraging experience, knowledge, historic data, and input from key stakeholders.
• Reviewing inputs to align with the scope of work and producing a properly documented Basis of Estimate, including assumptions, dependencies, and risk analysis.
• Managing changes to cost estimates in response to shifts in project scope.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders and providing regular feedback to teams and supervisors.
Essential Requirements:
• A minimum qualification at A Level, ONC/HNC standard, or similar.
• A basic working knowledge of estimating principles, techniques, and practices, as well as different types of cost estimates
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow your expertise in cost estimation and project delivery
