On offer is offering an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to make an immediate impact in a dynamic company that delivers innovative solutions for complex ground engineering projects in the construction and civil engineering sectors, including the stabilisation of embankments, soil slopes, and rock faces.
In this role, you will work alongside our Regional Manager and coordinate with multiple departments to secure profitable contracts.
You'll lead our estimating strategy, deliver consistent updates, and pursue strategic objectives, ensuring smooth project transitions and high levels of client satisfaction.
You will focus on developing strong, enduring relationships with customers, understanding their primary business drivers, and providing customised solutions that align with their requirements.
This role would suit an experienced Estimator with a strong geotechnical background, looking to join retaining wall specialist company who offer a company car, bonus and the chance to work from home.
The Role: Oversee and execute estimating projects from tender submission to handover with the operations team.
