Details of the offer

Estimator Belfast £35k to £45k Details: Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, laptop, 29 days holidays.
Day to Day: Preparing tenders, estimates and cost plans all while meeting the clients timeframes.
Understanding architect drawings / specifications.
Preparation of costs sheets, including quantity take-offs, and the completion of project BOQ.
Final submission of the project estimates and supporting documentation.
Develop relationships with suppliers in order to assist with cost requirements.
Identifying value engineering opportunities in order to keep quotes competitive.
Experience & Qualifications: Degree / HNC in Construction.
3+ years professional experience.
Technical knowledge of Construction Industry.
Experienced in Estimating & Tendering.
High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages.
Excellent Team worker, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
