Supporting a close-knit group of six within the Estimating Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing administrative tasks and overseeing the returns and charging process for paging repairs.

Order Entry & Order Processing using the company Service Management systems (CASH). Following up with clients on outstanding orders to increase order intake to help meet monthly KPIs / targets. Monitor & Action queries and new quotation requests, both internal & external within the teams shared inbox.Assisting the team with creating enquiries for quotes to be built within the in- house system.Escalate opportunities for client upgrades and contract upselling to relevant sales teams.Keep up to date with any changes to current regulatory bodies that Securitas Technology are members of.Attend weekly meetings with the team and Regional Service Managers to provide updates and work on resolutions if required.Monitor & Action queries and new quotation requests, both internal & external within the teams shared inbox.Manage and co-ordinate the returns process for business paging repairs.
