Estimating/Costing Engineer Cambridgeshire Commutable from Cambridge, Duxford, Royston, Newmarket, Saffron Walden £35,000-£45,000 Monday-friday days Benefits:- Pension plan 21 days holiday + banks Company benefits Our client is a leading aircraft engineering operation near Cambridge working with the RAF and the MOD on multiple projects.
Due to continued growth and new business, they are looking to bring an estimating engineer on board to assist with new and existing projects.
Role & Responsibilities: Reviewing legislation, requirements and schedules to create estimations on projects Identifying upcoming work and preparing for production Buying and procurement Research and carrying our risk assessment on projects Analysing costing, labour, materials and tooling requirements Managing stocks and ensuring projects are completed Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience in an estimating/ costing role Experience or exposure to Ministry of Defence legislation/schedules A background in aircraft/planes If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
