Estée Lauder Companies - Assistant Manager - The Cosmetics Company Store - 37.5 Hours Position Summary: The Cosmetics Company Stores are the outlet retailing operation of the Estée Lauder Companies.
We opened our first UK store in 1994, in the historic town of Bath, England and now comprise of 20+ stores at key Designer Outlet destinations across the UK including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks and Gunwharf Quays.
We offer our consumers all core Estée Lauder Companies brands including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C and Tom Ford Beauty where our consumers immerse themselves in a world of premium skincare, make up, fragrance and haircare.

We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store and team by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Qualifications About you You will have: Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation Flexible availability across days/hours.
