About the role Are you interested in the Island's built and natural heritage?
We are looking for an experienced Estates Office Manager to support the work of our busy team of historic and natural environment specialists within the Properties Team of Manx National Heritage.
You will play a central role in supporting the team, helping to ensure that conservation, maintenance, repairs and ongoing contractual commitments are managed effectively and efficiently.
You will provide high quality finance, administration and governance support whilst maintaining paper and electronic records/systems, calendar management and meeting records.
The work of the Properties Team is diverse and encompasses our portfolio of around 70 buildings and 2500 acres of land.
Your role will be central to the smooth working of the Properties Team and in particular supporting the Head of Division and Facilities Manager.
You will have an opportunity to influence the implementation of a new asset management system and help set up new systems for monitoring and reporting progress.

Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
