Estates & Facilities Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Estates & Facilities Coordinator to provide essential support across various functions within the department.
This role requires a versatile individual who can handle diverse responsibilities, focusing on immediate needs such as handling day-to-day tickets, invoice approval, consumable requests, and supporting departmental heads and managers.
The role will evolve with the addition of administrative support, providing opportunities for involvement in planned preventative maintenance(PPM), asset management, contractor management, and utility management.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Operations Efficiently manage and resolve day-to-day helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication with team members.
Financial Management Take ownership of approving invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing within budgetary constraints.
Inventory Management Handle consumable requests, maintaining an organised inventory system.
Departmental Support Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Estates & Facilities, Project Manager, Facilities Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
Facilities Management Tasks Assist in tasks such as handling COTs for water, scheduling LL inspections, and coordinating meter exchanges.
Development Opportunities (Post Administrative Support) Participate in the development of roles related to PPMs, Asset Management, Contractor Management, and Utility Management.
Requirements Strong IT skills with proficiency in data manipulation.
Excellent communication skills, serving as the main point of contact between stores and the facilities team.
Can-do attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in estates and facilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
We prioritise individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Life assurance benefit This is a Full-time position with a salary of £33k working 40 hours per week- PLEASE NOTE This is a 12 month Fixed term contract to cover maternity.
Based at Head Office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility of remote work for the remaining 2 days the role will involve occasional travel to stores within the estate may be required.
