Job summary Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site servicesmeet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises inaccordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services ina facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
Main duties of the job Planning and co-ordination of activities in a portfolio of properties including managing tenantliaison, chair meetings, briefings, or training sessions.
Reviewing actions and ensure timelyupdates are provided to customers on any issues.
* Respond appropriately to issues as they arise, ensuring work is delivered within agreed ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs)* Manage a selection of contracted services in the assigned portfolio and ensuring thatcontractors work in accordance with NHSPS SLA's and policies and procedures.
* To co-ordinate a program of regular inspections and checks with service teams and contractorsto include building audits and compliance activities.
Produce reports and ensure any actions areidentified and risks are mitigated* Responsible for the management of security issues across the sites, including reporting andinvestigation of incidents, security audits, plan developing, implementing and reporting on actionplans resulting from audits.

Job description Job responsibilities We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Crowborough.
The salary is starting from £30,000 plus £3,000 car allowance.
The hours of this role are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:30 this will include flexible working.
This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract working hours per week.
This role is a hybrid role looking after 11 sites in covering Crowborough, Heathfield, Eastbourne, Hastings, Hailsham.
A driving licence will be required for this role.

We're looking for good customer service and good rapport building with customers as the estates coordinator position is the first point of contact for people onsite, being able to speak confidently to our customers & contractors, all while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
What you will bring to the role: Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targetsBroad FM and Property experienceExperience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of workIOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
Experience Essential Broad FM and Property experience * Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work * Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines * Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information * Experience of working with budgets * Experience of supplier management and dealing with challenging situations * Management and co-ordination of onsite contractor and suppliers (Pre, during & post working activities)
