Estate Data Technician

The University of Cambridge is seeking a knowledgeable Estate Data Technician for a 2-year fixed-term role in the Estates Division's Business Information Team.
The successful candidate will work with digital records, update drawings, models, and space/occupancy data, and liaise with departments and consultants.
Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining and updating digital records, including drawings, models, and space/occupancy data * Collaborating with the Estate Data Team, surveyors, projects, and property teams * Providing data to departments and consultants as required Required skills and experience include: * Proficiency in Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Revit * Knowledge of a space management system, such as Micad * Experience in surveying and data analysis The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex records, and contribute to project-based work.
Education to degree level is required.
