Our Dubai office is expanding , and we are seeking dynamic, experienced Real Estate Brokers from the UK to join our team and help shape the future of real estate in one of the world's most exciting cities.
Role Overview: We are looking for seasoned Real Estate Brokers to leverage their expertise in the UK property market and bring their skills to our thriving Dubai office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in a vibrant market, offering top-tier properties to an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors, providing expert advice on property transactions and investment opportunities in Dubai.
Market Analysis: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market to offer valuable insights and advice to clients looking to invest in Dubai.
Property Sales & Leasing: Manage the end-to-end process of property sales and leasing, including negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Chestertons' portfolio and attract potential buyers and tenants.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dubai team to ensure a seamless integration of services and provide a top-notch client experience.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of at least 1 year as a Real Estate Broker in the UK, with experience in high-end residential and commercial properties.
Licensing: Relevant real estate qualifications and certifications from the UK is a plus but not required mandatorily.
Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate market trends and customer needs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new market conditions.
