AMPS Starter is seeking a dynamic andmotivated Strategic Business Consultant to develop Selling Partnersand to help grow our newly launched Paid Services programs.
OurStarter program is a growth service targeting new and innovativesellers in the early stages of growth.
These sellers span a widerange of categories from fashion to consumables.
The StrategicBusiness Consultant is responsible for working with a group of 15Selling Partners, offering support with creative marketing andadvertising, optimizing supply chain, and strategizing deal plan todrive sales.
You will also be responsible for recruiting andonboarding Selling Partners to this new service and will be theirprimary point of contact.
This is an opportunity to shape a key newgrowth program in Amazon's EU marketplace and support the growth ofour small and medium Selling Partners.
TheStrategic Business Consultant will be responsible for buildinglong-term relationships with decision makers.
Given the early stageof the AMPS Starter program, you will also be responsible fordeveloping key processes, tools and content for this new service.You will work closely alongside colleagues in Europe, and have manyopportunities to develop your career atAmazon.

Key jobresponsibilities •Manage a portfolio of 15-20 SellingPartners within Fashion, Grocery, and more to drive sustainablerevenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplaceprograms, tools and processes.
•Recruit: Identify,qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPSbased on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and theirneeds.
•Analyze customer data on the efficiency oflistings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals andprovide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers'potential.
•Implement and track metrics for recording thesuccess and quality of the sellers in your Selling Partnerportfolio.
Use key metrics to guide your work and uncover hiddenareas of opportunity.
•Identify, qualify, and engage withprospective Selling Partners for AMPS based on a clearunderstanding of our Selling Partners and theirneeds.
•Understand and utilize CRM tools, such asSalesforce to track all pertinent account information and salesprogress.
•Prepare and deliver business reviews to yourclients •Develop a thorough understanding of the AmazonMarketplace ecosystem •Manage additional projects aroundour newly launched Paid Service, which includes processimprovements, tool and content development, competitive analysis,and sales analysis.
A day in thelife BASICQUALIFICATIONS For this position, weexpect: •BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience includingsales or account management experience in E-Commerce, retailtechnology, SaaS, or software •Strong analytical skillsincluding Microsoft Excel •Proven ability to successfullyinfluence at all levels within an organization, particularly at theexecutive level •Demonstrated success in exceeding salestargets using a consultative, solutions-focusedapproach •A passion for developing an engaging customeruser experience and ability to translate customer needs intobusiness and product requirements •Superior communicationand presentation skills •Ability to thrive in anambiguous environment •Fluency inEnglish PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS •Ability to work in a complex,cross-functional team environment (including technical, marketing,design and merchandising teams), chasing down and following up ondependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating whennecessary •High attention to detail and the management ofmultiple, competing priorities simultaneously •Soundbusiness judgment, proven ability to influenceothers.
