About the Role: As an ESOL Lecturer , you will: Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
Support students at varying proficiency levels in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment to inspire confidence in language learning.
Assess learner progress and provide tailored feedback to help them achieve their goals.
Work collaboratively to deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
What We're Looking For: A teaching qualification such as ESOL, TEFL, or DTLLS.
Experience teaching ESOL learners in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students' growth and development.
The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of learners with diverse abilities.
