Our client, a rapidly expanding consultancy, is looking for an experienced ESG Supply Chain Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated ESG Consultant with a focus on Supply Chain Management to help companies enhance their ESG performance through effective supplier engagement.
In this role, you will: Supplier Engagement: Design and execute supplier engagement programs, establish responsible procurement policies, and promote sustainable procurement and materials.
Sustainability Expertise: Address key sustainability areas such as science-based targets, greenhouse gas emissions, ethical trading, fair labour practices, human rights, and diversity and inclusion.
Sustainability Framework: Analyse EU sustainability trends and developments, including policies and regulations (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR) and global voluntary reporting frameworks (SBTi, B-Corp, TCFD, etc).
Client Deliverables: Assist the Senior ESG Management team with ESG Maturity and Materiality assessment, due diligence reports, Net Zero strategies, climate-risk assessments, EU compliance, and ESG Impact Reports.
Client Engagement: Conduct data analysis, stakeholder interviews, formulate recommendations, and support solution implementation.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality deliverables while developing innovative consulting solutions for clients.
Job Requirements: Consultancy Experience: At least 2 years' experience in consulting or sustainable supply chain management Sustainability and ESG/ Net Zero Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability/ESG issues, including energy and greenhouse gas emissions, SBTI, and sustainable procurement practices related to human rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Supply Chain and Sourcing Experience: Experience in supply chain, sourcing/procurement, or supplier-facing roles.
Analytical and Numerical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, including data collection and management, with advanced Excel skills (knowledge of analytical software like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI is a bonus).
Project Management and Communication Skills: Experience managing projects in-house, within the supply chain, or in consultancy/NGO environments; excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills and Adaptability: Organised, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
