Job description ERP Senior Test ManagerThe role of ERP Senior Test Manager will be responsible for:Working collaboratively with client businesses, the IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for ERP implementation projectsLead and manage a team of test analysts (process owners and subject matter experts), motivating, engaging, and instilling a learning culture on the jobLeading the testing services team, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to support and deliver ERP servicesDriving a culture of ongoing process improvements, to enhance and expand the service offeringsLeading and managing testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and their hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing.Developing a deep understanding of the end to end ERP solutions being deliveredDefining testing requirements for the project based on solutionsDelivering testing for the project in line to test strategyLeading and managing the project using various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects, where appropriateAssessing testing risks and estimating, planning and prioritising tasks accordinglyManaging and building strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders/clientsReporting of progress on testing activitiesManagement and delivery of test preparation activitiesTest scope per test phase/typeTest script developmentTest data sourcingManagement and delivery of testingTest executionTest scriptingDefect managementTest reportingDeliverables:Project Test StrategyTest ScopeDetailed Test planTest phase plansDefect Management ProcessTest phase execution schedulesCompletion reportsExperience requiredStrong background in ERP Test Management with demonstrable experience of delivering numerous end to end ERP test programmes Have a strong background within delivering test programmes within a Consulting environmentDemonstrable experience of leading large teams (both onshore and offshore), for major test programmesERP system functional knowledge (Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, MS Dynamics)You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, up to and including C-level executives with the ability to influence, build and maintain strong team and client relationships Strong people management skills with the ability to build a team with the experience to support client opportunities and projected growth.Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutionsExperience with SAP or MS Dynamics is desirableExperience of testing Finance and HR ERP modules is desirable#LI-AP1
