We are currently seeking an ambitious ERP Analyst/Developer with commercial experience in supporting, developing, and implementing ERP solutions.
As a ERP Analyst/Developer at OI Plc, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business-As-Usual (BAU) team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing both existing and new ERP customizations and integrations.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of new site implementations, ensuring data integrity through the extraction of data from other ERP systems and providing mapping and reporting tools.
In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities: Design, develop, and thoroughly test customizations in our ERP system (SyteLine) to ensure they adhere to our best practices.
Create and provide support for SSRS reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting capabilities.
Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot performance issues to maintain optimal system performance and functionality.
Assist in maintaining data integrity during data migration and related projects, ensuring a smooth transition of data.
Create, test, and maintain SQL Views and Stored Procedures to facilitate data retrieval and manipulation as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.
Design and deploy maintenance scripts as required to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system.
Support the wider Enterprise Applications team with troubleshooting and data extraction/correction, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Uplift customizations during upgrades to ensure compatibility and continuity of system functionality.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Education / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
Significant experience in enterprise-level ERP development and support.
Professional Skills/Abilities: Significant experience with at least one programming language (preferably VB .NET ).
Good technical understanding of SQL.
Experience in supporting ERP systems.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and languages as required.
Hands-on experience in creating and supporting SSRS reports.
Understanding of data mapping/extraction.
Familiarity with technical and business requirement gathering/analysis.
Support the creation and maintenance of system documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to develop new processes to resolve systematic shortfalls and support new systems.
Perform other duties in line with the level of the post.
Experience using Infor products and/or SyteLine (highly desirable).
Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry (desirable).
Exposure to a PLM application (desirable).

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tubney Woods, Abingdon.
However, we can also consider other UK-based offices, including Bristol and High Wycombe.
We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
