In this role you will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Liaison teams, whilst overseeing forecasting and budgeting, driving continued growth across the business.
This will include travelling to customer sites along with occasional trips to the European office when needed.
You will play an instrumental part in the ongoing growth plans of this company, having your say in every strategic decision to help them achieve their goals.
This injection moulding company have propelled themselves within their specialist markets since the 1960's, with ambitious growth goals over the coming years.
This includes increasing their own product sales from £5 to £15 million by 2028, with this position directly influencing their goal.
