They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 2004 and are now looking for another Contract Manager to join their growing, friendly team.
In this role you will be responsible for discussing project requirements and specifications with external clients ensuring smooth project delivery, carry out site survey inspections, complete site audit reports, liaise with the estimating team and operations manager to ensure all parties are informed of project expectations, and monitoring the project budget to minimize overspending.
