ERGONOMIST New contract opportunity available in Broughton for an Ergonomist and Human Factors Engineer to work with a variety of commercial aircrafts.
On-site in BroughtonInitial contract until November Flexible Rates Inside IR3535 hours per week over 4.5 days1 stage interviewBPSS clearance required (client will provide sponsorship)WHAT WILL THE ERGONOMIST BE DOING?This role will involve focuses on optimising human working conditions and the overall system performance for both existing and new manufacturing tooling and processes.
The Ergonomics team work closely with design engineering, operations and health & safety.
Other roles include:Performing ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/Installation activitiesIdentifying work related ergonomic risk factors at the workplace and proposing solutions to mitigate risksApplying national laws, regulations and standards related to Human Factors and Ergonomics in your day-to-day decision makingSupporting Human factor improvement projects with different stakeholdersWE NEED THE ERGONOMIST TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING Educated to degree (or higher) level in Ergonomics/Human Factors (delivered by an accredited CIEHF higher education body)Confidence to argue/influence capacity in an" engineers" environment to defend end user's requirement modifications when neededAbility to obtain a BPSS clearanceTO BE CONSIDERED.Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to (see below) For further information please call me.
