Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit an Equipment Service Manager to manage the maintenance and servicing of equipment This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough.
BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.
In addition to an attractive salary we offer a significant benefits package including an company car or car allowance, contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday (increases with length of service), holiday purchase scheme, gym subsidy and BAM social club membership.
Your mission Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
Train and support service technicians.
Oversee compliance with safety standards.
Monitor equipment performance and address issues promptly.
Ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.
Maintaining compliance with regulations.
Who are we looking for?
A technically skilled manager with experience in equipment maintenance.
Strong leadership abilities to oversee service teams.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
