Job summary This post will not commence before May 2025 As part of a dynamic digital services team operating within the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust you will provide day-to-day leadership, project management and co-ordination of the Electronic Patient Record (ePR) System programme delivery.
This is a very complex and high-level projects which will impact across the Trust.
The role will ensure that our services, practices, and resources are effectively applied in order to deliver the programme within timescale and to budget.
The post-holder will be responsible for leading a portfolio.
This will include leading the implementation of ePR programme delivery through a programme approach, in line with the ULHT strategy, national guidance and best practice.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area.
It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire.
Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Masters level qualification in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience Evidence of leadership and management qualification to Masters Level Or Evidence of further qualification in leadership and management to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent, experience managing and developing multiple teams with further training/experience equivalent to Masters Level.
ITIL Foundation Qualification Advanced Project Management Qualification Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent.
Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.

Previous Experience Essential Significant professional experience managing and leading teams or departments.
