Job summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPR Change Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in leading and supporting change initiatives within our EPR programme across George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will have a proven ability to plan, implement, and manage change processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering sustainable business benefits.
In addition, they will demonstrate significant experience in change management, including leading complex change initiatives, and strong project management and organisational skills.This role will require travel between our sites across Warwickshire.

Job description Job responsibilities Apply a structured change management methodology and lead changemanagement activities with key responsibilities for: Planningand organising a broad range of complex activities, including influencing andadjusting plans to align project and operational wider plans and strategies.
Implementingnew ways of working, facilitating collaborative working and capacity planning.
Developmentand delivery of relevant impact assessments, plans, processes and materials toenable the change business readiness assessment, change sustainabilityplans, new processes, benefits realisation plans and tracking.
Supportthe implementation of Change plans and monitor progress of plans againstsuccess criteria and maintain alignment to business case as relevant.Input, and support training requirements create learning/training plans and materials.Manage stakeholder engagement and communications in terms of change management, set up advocacyand mobilise change agents orchampions as required.
Leadstakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and identify and help toaddress any resistance.Core responsibility for ensuring patient care isconsidered within change management plans/ activity and that the patientperspective as a key driver in continuous improvement.
Responsible for reporting on delivery of Change Workstreams, project change activities and BAU initiatives as required.
Influenceand design services relating to patient care and patient/workflows, includingadministrative and operational workflows which have a direct impact onprovision of services.Act as an effective change agent in the deliverychange workstreams and activities.
Willbe responsible for risk and issue management related to change activity and outcomes.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to degree level or equivalent experience delivering major change programmes.
Relevant change management qualification, and/or equivalent experience.
Experience Essential Proven track record of working within major change or transformation programmes to effectively manage and delivery change.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, concepts, methodologies and tools; able to advise on, and utilise a good practice approach to business change.
Experience in stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes, and able to influence and gain buy-in to enable change to happen through others.

Good understanding and demonstrable knowledge of benefit management and change role within it.
Able to work well under pressure and with complexity and ambiguity and can flex to changes in business focus.
Able to define problems and evaluate new concepts and ideas and identify recommendations and solutions.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
