Job Title: EPos (Electronic Point of Sale) Administrator - Part-time Location: Based at one of our Anchor Villages (Hampshire Lakes Yateley, Denham Garden Uxbridge or Bishopstoke Park Eastleigh), with monthly visits to the other sites.
Hours: 25 per week (These hours can be worked between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
Salary: £32,000 per annum, pro rata We're looking for a proactive and motivated EPoS Administrator to join our team!
This is a hands-on role where you'll help make sure our EPoS systems run smoothly across multiple sites, supporting our teams and keeping everything from stock records to till balances accurate and consistent.
What You'll Be Doing: Keeping EPoS systems up to date with accurate product and pricing data.
Helping colleagues use the EPoS system confidently by providing training and ongoing support.
Working closely with General Managers, finance teams, and suppliers to fix issues, audit systems, and spot areas for improvement.
Checking that data flows correctly to financial systems, flagging and fixing any problems.
Making sure all villages are using the system the same way, with clear processes in place.
What We're Looking For: Experience managing EPoS systems and troubleshooting problems.
Confident with data, good with numbers, and comfortable using Excel and other tools.
Prioritise your workload and stay organized when juggling tasks.
Motivated to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
Enjoy building relationships with people and working as part of a team.
Good understanding of stock management and how it connects to financial systems.
No specific qualifications are needed, but you'll need to be happy traveling to training events and between locations.
