Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join an established team and help support a fabulous, chatty, and engaging 19-year-old within a family home setting in Norwich.
The client has complex medical difficulties which require clinical and personal care, and the Support Worker will need to provide a range of stimulating activities throughout the day to positively enrich the client's life.
Full training and shadowing opportunities will be provided to ensure the Support Worker feels confident and comfortable with the daily routine.

Your role

The successful candidate will have: Experience working in a Care situation preferably with children or young adults (for example previous teaching assistants, foster carers as well as those trained in Care) Energy, empathy, great sense of humour and a positive outlook and the ability to build positive relationships.
