Experienced Support Worker required for a full-time or part-time role in Norwich, providing complex care to a 19-year-old with medical difficulties.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join an established team and help support a fabulous, chatty, and engaging 19-year-old within a family home setting in Norwich.
The client has complex medical difficulties which require clinical and personal care, and the Support Worker will need to provide a range of stimulating activities throughout the day to positively enrich the client's life.
Full training and shadowing opportunities will be provided to ensure the Support Worker feels confident and comfortable with the daily routine.

Your role
