Senior H&S Data & Performance Lead £60,000 - £75,000 plus package Infrastructure/facilities/corporate Reading, Berkshire Permanent I am searching for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a specialist client organisation and be focused on internal auditing, analysing, and collecting data, using the data to propose solutions to trends that you are seeing.
The position will be working with the senior leadership team and be responsible for keeping up to date with legislation, management of ISO systems, and providing regular reports.
The Role: Work with senior Health & Safety leadership team to use the data to improve the performance across the business Examine data and provide relevant and innovative insights, including prediction of trends Maintain health & safety management standards Be an industry expert in reviewing and identifying changes is legislation and risk profile for the business Manage key stakeholders, building strong effective relationships internally and externally Identify key KPIs and analysis data to provide proactive solutions across each business unit Manage ISO Management systems ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 The Candidate: 8 years plus experience working in Health & Safety NEBOSH qualified, ideally Diploma level qualification Experience working in a data drive position, analysing data to identify trends and monitoring key KPI's Happy to work independently or as part of a team Ability to engage and influence senior leadership ISO Management Systems knowledge or maintaining and upgrading.
