ATC is interviewing Entry Level Manufacturing Specialist to assist our Manufacturing Department in the development, verification and validation of Manufacturing Processes pertaining to the manufacture of High Reliability Electronic Assemblies for Space and Military applications.
Specific processes include, (but are not limited to), surface mount soldering, selective soldering, hot gas rework, component tinning and preforming.
This role will be involved in development, verification and validation.
Responsibilities will include:- Establishing & documenting processes in the development stage prior to introduction or use in the manufacturing process.- Reviewing and updating existing processes to ensure the documented process is accurate to actual practice and meet program requirements.- Establishing, reviewing and or updating preventative maintenance procedures for all equipment used in the manufacturing process.- Conducting or scheduling preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as required according to the PM schedule from QA.- Conduct training as required to required personnel to ensure proper and safe operation of all equipment.- Assist the Manufacturing Engineering Department in generating and updating Assembly Procedures particularly as they specify processes and or equipment used in the process.- Additional tasks may be assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.Requirements:- AAS degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field or direction experience in Surface Mount and/or Selective Soldering and preforming processes.- Proficiency with MS Office products.- The ability to write technical documentsAssurance Technology Corporation (ATC) is a leader in the design, development, delivery and support of advanced RF, Optical, Processing and Power systems key to space, avionics, shipboard and terrestrial operations in support of the US military, NASA, NOAA and the commercial sector.
