The Role You will be part of a warm, friendly, and forward-thinking team responsible for supporting with all things IT Infrastructure .
No day will be the same in what is a fast-paced, exciting new role, with the successful candidates naturally striving to provide great customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
You will be meticulous and patient in your approach; keen to live and breathe company values, and with the ambition and drive to grow and develop.
The typical roles and responsibilities will include: Technical - troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
Manage Helpdesk - ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
User Management - administer applications for user accounts.
Web - assist customers with technical web-related queries.
Types of malware and attacks, password security, Infrastructure (securing networks and hardware/ securing software) , cryptography , security vulnerabilities.
