About the role We are recruiting for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the early stages of entrepreneurship to join our team as an Entrepreneurship Advisor.
In this role, you'll oversee a suite of workshops, masterclasses, courses, and events that equip students with vital entrepreneurial skills and support the development of purpose-driven startups.
You'll also work collaboratively across the university to drive engagement, encouraging students to join our programmes and take the first steps in their entrepreneurial journey.The role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 60% (3-days per week) on site, based at our offices in King's Cross.Interviews will be held in person at our offices in King's Cross on 12th December.Please outline in your supporting statement how you meet the essential and desirable criteria detailed in the Job Description (available at the bottom of this page).
About you You have a strong understanding of the early stages of the entrepreneurial journey, with expertise in areas like disruptive thinking, ideation, and laying foundations for new ventures.
You bring experience in delivering entrepreneurship training programmes, ideally within Higher Education, and understand how extracurricular training enhances the student experience.Your experience includes working with diverse stakeholders—students, alumni, senior management, entrepreneurs, and contractors.
You're adept at collecting, interpreting, and using data to drive service improvements, and you're skilled in MS Office, databases, and virtual collaboration tools.
Known for your attention to detail, you manage deadlines and priorities with ease, even when balancing multiple projects.Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
You are both an independent problem solver and a supportive team player.
