Enterprise Senior Account Executive - Fitness SaaS Remote working/ national travel required £49-65k basic salary (experience dependent) + very strong OTE £98-£120k Our client is a premium provider and leader in the fitness SaaS space with a global presence and now looking to continue their incredible growth in the UK market.
We are now recruiting for a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team in the UK health club industry.

As a Senior Account Executive, your role will be instrumental in driving business growth across the UK and helping health clubs succeed by prioritising customer needs and delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market through prospecting, calls, emails, social media, and more Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, helping them maximise their partnership Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that align with client needs Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations, ensuring offerings stay competitive in the UK market Work with customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the UK to promote the brand and uncover new business opportunities Stay updated the suite of technology products and services to maintain expertise Complete Quarterly Business Plans and submit Expense Reports in a timely manner About you: 5+ years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or related experience in the health club or fitness industry Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, particularly in the UK market You could be coming from a senior B2B SaaS position with a huge passion for fitness and looking for a new challenge Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with the UK health and fitness industry, including market trends and key players, is a massive plus Some of the incredible benefits on offer: Purpose-Driven Company & Values-Based Culture: We're dedicated to helping you thrive both personally and professionally Flexible Time Off: With our open leave policy, you have the freedom to take time off when it suits you best & Days of Disconnect: Once a quarter, we all take a collective break to recharge with a company-wide day off Parental & Pawternity Leave: We support your growing family, whether it's welcoming a new baby or adopting a pet, with leave for both Fitness Perk: No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we offer a quarterly reimbursement to support your health and wellness Comprehensive Health Coverage: We offer private health insurance benefits to ensure your medical, dental, and vision needs are taken care of And More: There are so many other great benefits that we couldn't fit them all here!
