Joining us as a Enterprise GIS ArchitectYou'll be responsible for defining, upholding, and communicating the Information Technology Architecture that supports CityFibre's GIS vision and strategy. The role will ensure that common GIS architecture decisions support both business and IT strategy, and that the GIS architecture delivered aligns with the relevant CityFibre architecture policies, principals, and roadmap.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Capture and maintain current and future GIS architecture; develop roadmaps for investmentDefine and deliver GIS strategy and roadmap in line with business goalsEstablish IT principles, governance models, and data policiesConduct architectural reviews and address issues with stakeholdersEvaluate internal functions and drive improvementsSupport early program and project definitionWhat you'll bring to the roleYou'll have extensive experience with complex system integration projects in telecommunications or utilities. You'll also have:
The ability to communicate complex architectures to non-technical stakeholders using a structured analytical approach and quality deliverablesExperience managing third parties in architecture definition to ensure design continuity with internal elementsUnderstanding of SWAF (Spatial Web Application Framework) and VMDS (Virtual Model Data Store)Skilled in using best practice methodologies and processes in Telecoms, IT, and Enterprise Architecture, including TM Forum, ITIL, TOGAF, BPMN, and UMLDiversity, Inclusion & BelongingWe're a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
