The Enterprise Architect creates architecture designs (at conceptual and logical level) of large and complex systems within the enterprise with the aim to make the systems sustainable and future-proof. This includes projects carrying out enterprise transformation and realizing large and complex systems. The incumbent is responsible for the visualization and analysis of complex issues working with different stakeholder perspectives and is responsible for keeping the enterprise architectures up to date.
This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
As the Enterprise Architect you would be deeply involved in major transformation projects, including Salesforce, Workday, and others. The role would involve developing and building models based on an Enterprise Framework, setting the context, defining common elements, and creating patterns and standards to apply the details at a project level. You will also document processes using multiple architectural models and deliver an Architecture Development Model (ADM).
Other responsibilities would include:
Evaluate existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency. Design architecture that defines the technology, people, process and other elements needed to achieve organization objectives. Candidate Requirements: Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role. Experience delivering transformation projects within Salesforce, Workday ecosystems.
