Role– Enterprise Architect

Short Description: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and delivering next-generation technology strategy and enterprise architecture for the identified service lines for the client.
He/she will network and collaborate with CIOs, CTOs, Chief architects from the client organization and develop viewpoints on industry and technology trends influencing enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, business owners, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs.Create a masterplan for developing the Client's envisioned EA which will align the ICT landscape with the development of business capabilities and achieve the desired digital transformation outcomes.Collaborate with business architects, solution architects, and infrastructure architects to provide enterprise solutions.Assist business managers in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT within the enterprise.Generate, maintain, and refine architecture standards, guidelines, reference architectures, and models.Provide technology leadership for effective management of the IT portfolio.Drive the technology roadmaps and their governance within the organization.Provide consultancy and advice on the architecture strategy to the management team.Innovation & Thought Leadership.High analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.A high degree of initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and networking capability.Critical thinking for end-to-end execution of large programs.Research and understand industry trends and engage and collaborate with thought leaders to develop relevant and credible points of view and strategies for our business.Identify continuous improvement and simplification opportunities to ensure client remains innovative and up-to-date with market-leading business practices, technologies, and industry trends.Guide projects to abide by governance policies and procedures, to ensure effective adherence to business value principles, architecture principles, target blueprints, domain architectures, and policies. Skill / Competency Requirements: 15+ Years' experience in IT Services/Financial Services or in Business Consulting with 5 years as an Enterprise Architect, Strategic Advisor in client-facing consulting role.Exposure and development of next-gen architecture services, modernization approaches, cloud adoption, and thought leadership is highly desirable (e.g., microservices architecture, container-based ecosystems, cloud-native architecture, event-based architecture, enterprise adoption of AI/ML, etc.
).Deep technology expertise in one or more areas (Infrastructure/cloud, Digital/Mobility, BPM/Integration, Application development, BI/Big Data, Enterprise Security, IoT, Automation, Machine Learning, etc.)
and should be able to have deep dive discussions with SMEs in this space.Well versed with 'at-scale' Agile methodologies.Understanding of blueprinting, financials, and cost/benefit analysis.Good understanding of leading products and platforms (SAP, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, Microsoft, HP, AWS, Middleware technologies) in the market.Good understanding of the leading open-source technologies, frameworks, and tools in the market.Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.Zero distance to code and able to review the detailed design, code, configuration, data model and provide specific inputs to the architects and developers.Good to have industry certifications like TOGAF.
